Lilly Thigpen is a production designer and art department coordinator with a love for visual storytelling and the organized chaos that comes from working behind the scenes in film and television.

Originally from Michigan but raised across the U.S. in a military family, Lilly learned early on how to adapt, connect, and find inspiration in new places. This perspective continues to shape her approach to every project. After earning her Bachelor’s in Film Production and her Master’s in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University (graduating as Salutatorian and Valedictorian, respectively), she built a career that blends artistry with logistics, where creativity meets precision.

Over the years, Lilly has contributed to feature films, television series, and national commercials. She has supported productions for studios such as Paramount and Warner Bros., and collaborated with talented teams on projects ranging from Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan to Horizon: An American Saga. Known for her calm under pressure, clear communication, and ability to bring structure to complex productions, she has become a trusted and reliable presence on set.

When she is not coordinating the moving parts of a project, Lilly enjoys exploring new creative mediums and finding inspiration in design, travel, and the small details that bring stories to life. She currently calls Central Florida home, but her work continues to take her wherever the next great story unfolds.
